Ingredients:
- Coconut oil (2 tbsp)
- Grass-fed butter (2 tbsp)
- Chopped onions (1/3 cup)
- Sliced bell peppers (1/3 cup)
- Sliced mushrooms (1/3 cup)
- Chopped garlic (3 tbsp)
- Salt (2 tsp)
- 1 head broccoli (chopped into smaller florets)
- Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
- Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
Add coconut oil in pan and heat. Once oil is hot, add grass-fed butter and mix till butter melts.
Add in onions and stir fry till onions turn golden brown.
